Changed thinking

Another change that I have made since reading A New Earth: Awakening to Your Life's Purpose is trying not to talk about other people. I realize that unless you are that person, you could never know everything they are going through and therefore, have no right to judge them or what they are doing. Who cares if so-and-so sells sexual aids and corsets for a living. If she doesn't have a problem with it, why should anyone else?

Logo yes!

Just for fun, I tried a logo design web site. Since my degree is in computer design, I had many classes on logo design and company images and I must say that the site impressed me. The free demo is very simple and user friendly. The questions they ask about your organization make sense to help create a logo that is relevant to you.

Recurring injury

We are hoping to accomplish all this without taking out a loan, so that we will be completely debt-free.

No prescription required

More and more prescription drugs are becoming approved for over-the-counter availability. This is good news for people who don't have health insurance, but the prices are still very high. I believe the prices will continue to drop as these drugs become more popular and readily available at a variety of stores.

Research agencies

Companies still depend on old fashioned market research to evaluate their marketing campaigns. If a company spends money on advertising, it makes sense to ensure that they are reaching their target audience and that the message they intend to send is the one being received.

Super foods

The experts say that a diet rich in "super foods" can improve health, prolong life, and even elevate your mood. According to WebMD, the top super foods are as follows: beans, blueberries, broccoli, oats, oranges, pumpkin, salmon, soy, spinach, tea (green or black), tomatoes, turkey, walnuts, and yogurt.
