So here we are in the middle of winter, and as usual, I have gained weight. The concoction of holiday food, from Thanksgiving, to Christmas, to Valentine sweets, combined with weather too cold to get out and exercise is a lose / lose situation for everyone. The only people I know who manage to keep their weight in check during the long winter months either belong to a gym or have exercise equipment at home.

After shopping online and finding such a great deal on our Price Pfister bathroom faucets in satin nickel, we are hoping for more success in changing all the door handles in the house to nickel as well.

I wasn't sure if I believed all the antioxidant hype, but I figured it couldn't hurt to give it a try. Green tea is very cheap, I like the flavor, and I prefer drinking tea rather than coffee in the mornings and at work.
